These terms govern your use of AmeboChef, including free and paid subscription features.

Use of the service

You may use AmeboChef only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions unlock premium AI features inside AmeboChef.
• Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play on the schedule shown at checkout unless canceled.
• Billing authorization, payment method updates, and cancellations are handled by the store where you purchased the subscription, with RevenueCat syncing entitlement state for AmeboChef.
• Access may move into a grace period after a failed renewal. If payment is not restored, premium access can end when the subscription expires.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel through the subscription management flow linked from Account → Subscription in the app. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.

AI responses

AmeboChef provides planning and cooking suggestions for convenience. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should be used with judgment, especially for allergy, health, or food safety decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, used fraudulently, or used in ways that threaten the security or availability of the platform.
